Job Responsibilities

Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: 1Lpa-2Lpa + incentives

Job Type:
On-site (Monday – Friday), 5 Days working
Role and Responsibilities (Who are we looking for)
1. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to grasp clients’ needs.
2. Keep informed about our graphic design, website development, and digital marketing offerings to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
3. Create detailed and customized proposals that outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment conditions.
4. Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
5. Track project schedules and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of any modifications.
6. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
7. Achieve and exceed sales goals by converting prospects into paying clients.
8. Build and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and meetings.
9. Develop and execute efficient sales strategies to nurture leads and advance them along the sales pipeline.
Educational Background:
1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar area is preferred but not essential.
2. Between 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable field is required (internships or relevant projects can be considered for entry-level applicants).
3. Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders are essential.
4. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and managing client relationships is important.
5. Knowledge of CRM tools is advantageous.
6. Must be self-driven with the potential for leadership.
